Mend Triton thermostatic power shower Unit Pipe

No water?

I am replacing my old thermostatic shower with a triton thermostatic power shower , when commissioning the unit there isn't any water coming out of the pipe but there is a humming noise coming from shower unit.how do I get the water witch is on to come through
