Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 Light High Revs

where is the headlight fuse in my peugeot speedfight 2?

My Headlights only light up when the bike is on high revs. Any idears what it could be ?? HELP

the wattage of the bulb is either too high or the regulator rectifier is faulty,also there is no fuse for the headlight only a main fuse.
