Mend Yamaha Vity 125cc Loose Head

loose mirror head left head wing mirror ?

can some one help my left hand wing mirror head is loose it,s on a yamaha vity 125cc can,t see any way of tightening it?

don't think these can be tightened without removing the mirror glass to see if there's a lock-nut inside. Plenty for sale on ebay around £13.
