Main oven stopped working ?

Hi
I have a Kenwood CK 480 oven and in fairness has been a great oven for about six years, however the main oven stopped heating up to full temperature and did this for a little while and now has stopped working altogether. the panel light does not even come on when I switch the main oven on. I have tested the elements and they seem to be ok, but i cannot find the fuses. has anyone else had similar problems? how did you fix it? does anyone know where the fuses are?
