dozer will not start. replaced magnetic fuel shut off. bled fuel lines. starter acts like not engaging, but it was checked o.k., new battries. jumped around interlocks. checked voltage at starter switch, starter push button, 12-13 volts. starter just clicks when you press starter button? whats wrong?
