Mend Hotpoint WF860 Machine Works Noise

how can i fix f 03 on my hotpoint wf860#?

My washing machine is displaying F 03 then no burton works. I can hear the noise of water coming in and out but not in the machine.Only way to stop it to unplug the machine.plz help.
