Turn the cleaner upside down, there are three crosshead screws. Undo these and lift off the bottom plastic moulding.Look at the ends of the brush bar, there are small mouldings on the ends which must go back in the same place. Lift the brush bar out of the cleaner, If there is a belt still in there, move the bar to the side until out of the belt.remove the belt by twisting and sliding off the end of the shiny metal spindle, there isn't much room. Fit the new belt over the end of the spindle, thread the brush bar through the belt until the gap in the bristles is under the belt and place the brush bar back in position. Turn the brush bar slowly to make sure that every thing is in place then refit the bottom cover with the three screws. Job done, With practice this can be done in a matter of minutes.
