contact dydson they will charge you £65 and repair and replace all of the parts that need replacing and guarentee the work for 12 months i just had mine repaired because the motor had gone and they put over £100 worth of parts on it and its like a new machine

Hi.

Check selector knob on front side of machine turns to drive position when you pull handle back.

If it does but still no brush rotation you have either a faulty clutch or one of the clutch belts damaged the clutch has 2 belts.
