Mend Kenmore 363.63672201 Not Up Temp

Kenmore Elite Micro/Convection part not heating up to temp?

My Kenmore Elite micro/convetion/over range model 363.63672201 convection does not heat up to temp. I cannot bake anything asking for 400 degrees. Only warms up. Everything else with unit is working great. It's just the convection part which I use constantly rather than my oven.
