Mend Candy Dryer Wont Heat Up

Candy dryer won't heat up?

We have a candy condenser dryer which won't heat up, we have replaced the heating element/thermostats which didn't work so then we tried the fuse which still didn't work. Any ideas? Don't want to just give up as would of wasted over £50 trying to fix it :(
