window switch replacement?

Fitting new door handle to 2.8.fiat ducato .Need info., on how to refit elect., window switches in space provided on handle please. Cant't see how to separate the wiring block I know the actual switches go in from the top and the cables from the bottom ,but how do I achieve this? Many thanks in anticipation. John.
