Mend Heatline Vizo 24 Plus Boiler No Ignition Heating

How to fix this?

I am a tenant in a property I am just enquiring what a f2 error is on my heatline vizo 24 plus boiler could be, I am getting this error as soon as switched on no ignition no heating or water. Any help would be appreciated I have kids to bathe and keep warm in this current climate
