I have had a repair man out 4 times and he replaced a heater (whatever that is) 3 times and each time it would last for about a week and then frost would start to build up in the back and then it would stop freezing. It cools but won't freeze. The fridge is only 5 years old. Please help this single Mom fix this fridge.
