Mend Zanussi FL828 Cycle Drain

how can i fix my zanussi fl828?

I switched it off during wash cycle and now wont start,Now cant get door open or cant get it to continue cycle or drain etc,Had an answer telling me to drain pump housing but not sure how to do this or where the exact location of housing is.Can anyone help?Thanks
