Resetting Alarm?

I have recently purchased a house with this alarm system, the occupant is deceased and did not use the alarm as she forgot what the code was and did not make a note of it. I need to get into the system and set a new code to enable me to use it. Is this possible or do I need a new alarm?

that's the reply you get when you don't give any info of the make of the alarm ,so do yourself a favour,give us more info

Three options:

1 find an engineer.
2 google for the manual.
3 go see a clairvoyant who can contact the dead and ask this lady the user code.

Ps don't push your luck and ask for the engineers code as well because they don't like sharing that info.
