Return it and get your money back mate.
It's highly likely whoever you bought it off couldent get this info either,I've seen these passed around because the manual is hard to find,and besides no reputable installer/engineer will touch them.

So get your money back,then come back here and we can advise you on a good "graded" wire free system or even better a wired one.
