Mend Opel Zafira Ideas Problem

any ideas whats wrong with 2001 opel zafira problem?

1.8 opel zafira keeps slowing down while driving and juggering garage replaced coil pack and fuel pump but its still doing it. Its like its starved of fuel. Garage hooked it up to a machine but still cant find the fault. Any ideas anyone.

I agree with Steve. After 12 years of filth thrown up under the car my money is on a blocked fuel tank breather.
