Mend Chevrolet 1500 Rear Release Van

rear antifreeze leak from valve?

there is a release valve leaking under the middle of my chevy van 1500 i replaced a leaky hose connected to this box and replaced fluid and ran van on high heat but now this box is leaking what is it called it has a relase valve on it antifreeze is coming out and car over heats
