Mend Renault Clio R Immobiliser Car

RENAULT IMMOBILISER BUGGERED?

The immobilser on my Renault Clio 'R' is broken, and I cant start the car. Can I disconnect it.I am totally stuck without my car and paid an auto electrician once but it broke again the next day and I can't afford to call another.PLEASE PLEASE HELP Regards Tracy
