my tdci 130 mondeo has very little power?

my 03 model tdci 130 mondeo has very little power when running but no engine lights on changed diesel filter and serviced car but still the same!!

check for air leaks from your intercooler/pipes/hoses,and removing the inlet pipe to the turbo will let you have a look at the impeller,make sure it is spinning freely and there is no play
