How to programme new departments on a TEC ma1450?

I already have in place departments on the till but need to change a couple.

How do I do this?

The 1450 was a great machine but most support has ended now. Our supplier has nothing left so I can't help with specifics. There is a place on the net that has a rare programming manual so hope this helps:
