Mend Belling MW60G Fitted Remove Bottom

Removing Belling MW60G fitted microwave?

I want to remove a Belling fitted microwave MW60G from its cabinet. It is held at the bottom front by a recessed bolt into kitchen cabinet. I cannot move this with either a flat or a philips screwdriver and cannot even see exactly what type of fitting it is. Does anyone know how to do this?
