Mend Vax V-024 Cleaner Checked

How can i fix my carpet cleaner?

My Vax Rapide V-024 capet cleaner will not pump any water through, I have checked and cleaned every possible bit i could get to and apart from the water pump everything is running well. The only solution i can come up with is the water pump has packed up. Do you have any other solutions to my dylema?
