emmission fault on peugeot 407 deisel.75000 miles?
peugeot 407 2.0diesel.when static engines revs up no problem.on road engine "holds back and jerks"emmission light on dshboard on MOST of the time green flag recommended air flow meter faulty.fitted 2nd hand meter then new one--- still same.had diagnostic check by peurgeot they said air meter ok and particulate filter ok.they said possible air leak and want it for 2 hours at £100 per hour.
i did as u suggested and drove the car on the m1 at 70 mph for 60 miles.all surging has gone.runs well but emission light says on proberly leave it on till someone suggest a cure! thanks
