Mend Indesit 1S70C Tumble Dryer Broken Belt

why wont my indesit 1s70c spin when its got clothes in ? ?

My indesit stopped spinning, so thinking it was the belt we opened it up. Turns out the jockey wheel was broke. SO we replaced that but now it wont spin when there are clothes in it !! It spins fine when empty.

does it have a capacitor attached to the motor.if so that could be faulty
