The 2nd zone in my home natural doesn't work what do I troubleshoot?

I have a 2 zone natrual gas heating system in my home and the 2nd zone will not come on,unless the first zone is running what is the problem?

has the zone ever worked properly? if it has then it sounds like you have a faulty zone valve, if it hasnt faulty wiring

sounds like the switch in the second zone valve is faulty. If you know what you are doing check for 240v on the orange wire from the second valve.
