tablet door not opening?

The tablets keep getting trapped in the yoke, we use tablets, but at the end of every wash, the door doesn't open, or the tablet comes out, and lands on the dishes. This means, that all the plates etc are not getting cleaned, and sometimes the tablet has dissolved but has left marks everywhere but is still in the trap,

If you don't use a program with a prewash cycle you can put the wash tablet on the filter tray in the bottom and it will work fine.Cheaper than repair!
