Lock Out - Glow Worm Betacom 30?

Hi,

I have a Glow Worm Betacom 30 combi boiler and on Friday it developed a fault.

I have gas supply and the pressure is fine but it doesn't look like it is resetting. It is constantly stuck at the lock out phase with a red light solid.

Usually, I see this fault for one of two reasons, either gas supply cut off (pre-payment meter) or if the pressure has dropped on the boiler.

I would usually correct these and reset the boiler and it will work fine, but not this time.

Can you help me?
