Re-Booting?

I have two BT studio phones, all working ok apart from NO Dial Tone. Have tried reset, de-registering and re-registering. Used the closest socket to incoming line. Is there a way to re-boot the phone?

Unplug everything and remove battery's from hand sets and leave for 20-30 mins,has worked may work for you.No loss in trying.
