Clock and Timer Function?

How do i set the clock and timer function on my gas cooker?
It is a New World Plan 7 White CKG21081 ref WE6502N00 Serial Number 92/00425.
It does not have a function button or a Time Of Day button, or Mechanical Minute Minder Button.

From left to right the buttons are as follows:-
The 1st one has a picture of a bell underneath it.
The 2nd one has a picture of what looks like a pie cooking underneath it.
The 3rd one has a picture of what looks like a pie underneath it with the word end in it.
In the middle of and above the 2nd and 3rd button is a picture of a clock above them.
The 4th button has a minus sign beneath it.
The 5th button has a plus sign beneath it.
In the middle of and above the 4th and 5th button is a picture of a hand
