Mend Boiler Pressure Filling

Water pressure - VCW GB 242e / 282e?

I have no water pressure and the water in my boiler needs filling up again, problem is I'm not sure how todo it and this has happened a few times and everytime I normally call out the council but I just want to know how to do it myself so I can save the trouble for waiting around for a gas man to come. Please help me.... I have an old VCW GB 242e/282e boiler.
