Tumble dryer white knight wk677?

drum is turning but no heat.
I have changed theromstadt and element but still no heat.

2 possibilities.A.have you tried the little manual reset button on rear panel.B.some white knight dryers have two thermostats,one is set in the elements and another is set in the exaust vent ducting.failing this you may have a faulty programmer.
