Mend Gainsborough 9.5 se Started Hot Water

How can I fix my Gainsborough 9.5 se shower?

My Gainsborough 9.5 se shower has just started to merely 'dribble' out steaming hot water, regardless of where temp control switch is, also makes noise (like a kettle coming to the boil) was working perfectly well the day before. I can't afford to replace it but my teenage daughter and I cannot function without a working shower!! :) Please can somebody help us?
