How do I replace the base element in top oven of Creda Concept Solarplus 48?

How do I replace the element in the top oven BASE of a Creda Concept Solarplus 48339. The oven gets warm but the thermostat light doesn't go out and the base of the oven remains cool.

The element is accessed at the back of the cooker by removing the rear panel/s. If you require a new element we can supply you one.
