The drum on my zanussi zwf1621w seems to be hard to turn?

The washer completed the cycle but there were some strange noises coming from the drum and now it's difficult to turn manually

look down the front of the stainless drum where the rubber door gasket meets and check all the way around that gap with a torch for missing clothing
