Mend Bottom Door Find

Bottom hinge on caravan door?

The bottom hinge on our caravan door is broken. I have purchased a replacement hinge but when I went to unscrew the broken hinge I find there is one screw which I can undo and another that doesn't have any head ie Phillips or normal flat have tried Alan keys and star keys to no avail can any one help
