I recently had a burst pipe and as a precaution switched off the electricit?

I recently had a burst water pipe and therefore as a precaution switched off the electrical supply to the boiler and Channel Plus XL programmer H 37. When I resolved the water leak, I switched the electricity back on but my programmer is not now responding, the ground floor heating is off, the first floor heating is permanently on and the water is off !
I have tried pressing the buttons and have even knocked the electrical supply off again in the vain hope that it will re-set itself. Cn someone help :-(
