Mend Boiler Switched Wall

loss of pressure?

Once my boiler has been switched off it loses its pressure very quickly, on checking ouside the house on the wall where the boiler is mounted i found water coming out of a pipe. This i believe is the problem, but have anybody any idea how to fix it please.

expansion vessel needs re-pressurised, that's what's causing it to leak from the prv.

This pipe is connected to the pressure release valve or PRV. Ask your gas man to replace it - very common.
