Mend Jollyfill 9.5" Inlet Valve Cistern

How can I fix a running Jollyfill 9.5" inlet valve?

My Jollyfill 9.5" Btm fill inlet valve continues to run when the cistern is full. The valve has been in service approximately 5 months. Restrictor is clean and the diaphragm is clean and not damaged.
