Mend Leisure LEVC 54 Oven Cooker Fan

Advise?

I have a Leisure LEVC 54 double oven electric cooker the main fan oven has stopped working along with the clock.
The small oven and top rings are working as normal
In the manuel it states the fan oven wont work unless the clock has a time set
How do I know if the clock is the problem or the problem is elsewhere

if the timer clock is not giving a supply to the stat it wont heat, it needs checking with a meter to find the break, if its the clock and you dont want the expense of replacing it a live supply could be put directly onto the single tag of the stat when the loop from the timer is removed
