HI
The rear right ring on the ceramic hob has stopped working,at the same time the oven stopped working as well,(no heat,light or fan).
Is this because of the wiring pattern and if i replace the ring will the oven work again...?

just had the cooker man to fix exact same problem on our cooker. He took off back panel on cooker,one of the wires running down back housed a thermal fuse (it had a red rubber sheath around it which he removed)he rejoined the wires minus the fuse and the rear rt ring and oven started working no probs.He is coming back to put a new thermal fuse in tomorrow as it is a necessary safety feature.
