I am looking to upgrade my house alarm with a new bell box pa buttons and pet friendly pirs also a second keypad, would this panel be able to be upgraded with all these items?

Also if i then did change my panel could i still use my old equipment ie shock sensors pirs door contacts internal sounder ?

I know the panel i have is outdated its just i am trying to keep the cost down rather than buy a whole new system and thats why i was asking could i add new equipment to my old panel ? and please tell me the truth thanks

I wouldn't keep the accenta but that's your choice Andy.
The 9448 is a superb little panel that you can hook all your new equipment to.
Had any thoughts on sounder and choice of beams?.

I will tell you the truth,your panel is rubbish,fit a scantronic panel,a 9448 + it comes with a remote keypad and you can fit 2 more also replace the battery,you will not regret it mate don't take my word for it,ask the guys on here
