Mend Zanussi TC7103W Dryer Motor Belt

Zanussi tc7103w?

My dryer refuses to tumble, you have to push the drum manually before it will work, then when it switches to reverse it stops again, it's had a new motor and the belt and tension appear ok. What else can I do with it, just out of warranty too.

The capacitor attached to the motor has failed.this is used to kick start the motor when it works hence you turning it by hand starts it rotating until it stops to reverse
