Mend Ideal C30 Problem Hot Water Flow

Ideal independent c30 ?

Hi I've got a problem with the hot water, it comes on for around a minute then turns off. The flow swich flashes but is it supposed to stay solid when hot water is running ??
Is this just a faulty flow switch??
