my wma 62 hotpoint empties of water before washing?

Hi after replaceing the bearings on my wma62 hotpoint and reassembling every marked item as i ramoved them i find when i put a wash on the machine fills with water and before the wash starts it empties itself of water, the drum dosent move why.
