Mend Toshiba CZ36T31 Video Tv Power

no video?

My toshiba cz36t31 tv was fed signal by direct tv unit. The power saver mode on sat reciever turned itself off leaving tv on & no signal feed. Now it has sound but no picture! What should I suspect? I'm handy with volt/ohm meter & soldering. Thanks.
