Mend Start Bleed Air Pump

My 814 wont start !,i cant bleed air is there a bleed nipple to loosen off ?

do the 814's have a bleed screw to loosen before using the manual pump ?, the glass bowl fills with fuel whilst i am not pumping then whilst pumping is full of air.
