Diplomat ABA6541?

I have read many threads about fan problems with this appliances and mine seems to be experiencing same problem (cold freezer, warm fridge!). After dismantelling freezer compartment to investigate I can normally get fan going again (done this twice now) for few months.

Question is: is there another fan on this appliance as there appears to be another noise higher up, which isn't the compressor?

TIP: Use strong magnet to test fan with door open!
