Mend Failure Pump Flame

no power to fan, and it goes to flame failure?

There is no power to fan and it is not running although fan is ok, and after few seconds the flame failure sign comes on. pump is running

is there 240v on fan terminal ,if yes spray WD40 on spindle it may kick start ,if no power on fan change PCB ,IF POWER ON TERMINAL fan may jam switch power off spin fan with somethinf turn power on if still no ,than change fan
