how can i fix my washing machine?

bottom ;left or right there is a door,behind this is the pump filter,unplug the machine from power point,what you do is unscrew the filter this will let u clear the pump,now beware if the machine is full of water because whae you remove the filter you will have a lot of water over your floor,you could try and drain it by letting down the drain hose into a basin,this will gravity drain the machine,when the basin is full,just lift the hose up empty the basin,
